Summa College often makes decisions about an individual (prospective) student. For example, the decision to admit a student to a course or to dismiss a student from a course for serious misconduct. If you disagree with such a personal decision about you, you may contact the Disputes Advisory Committee using the complaints form. This can be done within 6 weeks of the date of the decision. More information about this committee can be found in the Disputes Advisory Committee Regulations (pdf, in Dutch).

We find it important that you first talk to the person within Summa College who is directly involved in the situation in question.
